Moment of silence, please.
Tomorrow is the day before my surgery and starting right now I'm on all clear liquids. Tomorrow will be hard. Broth, jello, crystal light, more broth, life water, more jello, water....water...water! I'll be peeing a lot.
Luckily I'll be busy tomorrow ~ so hopefully it will keep my mind off food.

Eeekkk!!! Hang on for the ride! My mom always told me not to drink soda, so when ever she visits it reminds me how much I like soda and I have one! I actually tried to stop drinking them two years ago and now I can't drink a whole one. HOWEVER! I never drank diet...and supposedly it's like heroin...super addictive. Not that I know what heroin is like, I'm just assuming it's super addictive. Great idea to try to cut it out now when you are already making big changes. I figure that even if all I got from staring a gym membership 2 years ago was cutting out soda and generally trying to curb my massive chocolate binges that is still way better than nothing. Wow, that doesn't sound very encouraging. I'm going back to the gym. I still pay for it. I'll start Monday... And you can totally kick the soda habit. You are making a change mentally, physically and foodally. ;)

ReplyDeleteThe only soda I have is a ginger ale when I feel sick. I haven't had soda in years. If you remember I LOOOOOOOVED pepsi, when I found out how bad it really is I just stopped and I really don't miss it. If I have a lapse and take a sip it literally makes me sick. I have a feeling you won't miss it as much as you think. xoxoxo
